Terms of Use

The product

VERSTAT Power sells one digital product: a 35 page PDF guide to building a LiFePO4 battery system. After payment, a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. There is no physical delivery and no ongoing subscription.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the merchant of record for this sale. Paddle's own checkout terms (paddle.com/legal) apply to the transaction itself, alongside these terms. Prices are shown converted to your region at checkout; the final price and currency charged is the one Paddle displays before you confirm payment.

Download access

Your download link allows up to 5 downloads within 30 days of purchase. If you need the link reissued after that window, or you have lost access to it, contact power@verstat.dev and we will send a new one.

Refunds

If the guide is not what you expected, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contactpower@verstat.dev, or request a refund directly through Paddle using the link in your purchase confirmation email.

Use of the guide

The guide is sold for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the PDF or its download link with anyone else. All content remains the intellectual property of VERSTAT Power.

Safety and liability

The guide is informational and reflects the experience of hundreds of client builds, but working with LiFePO4 cells, BMS units and inverters carries real electrical and fire risk. The guide is provided for informational purposes only and comes with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose or outcome.

You are solely responsible for your build: for following the safety instructions, for the assembly and operation of your system, and for compliance with your local electrical code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VERSTAT Power is not liable for any direct or consequential damages, injury, or loss arising from your use of the guide or the information in it, whether or not you followed the guide. Where local regulations require it, or whenever you are unsure, hire a qualified electrician.

The seller has no knowledge of, and no way to verify, which components you actually use, how you assemble them, or in what conditions your system operates. For that reason all responsibility for the build and for any consequences of using the information in this guide rests with the buyer alone.

The configurator

The free configurator on this site is provided as is, to help you estimate a build. Its output is an estimate based on the inputs you provide, not a certified design; verify sizing against the guide and your own judgement before buying components.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be resolved under Ukrainian law.
