Privacy Policy

Who we are

VERSTAT Power (power.verstat.dev) is operated by FOP Dedik Serhii, a private entrepreneur (sole proprietor) registered in Ukraine. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the configurator or download the LiFePO4 build guide, and how we use it.

What we collect

Optional analytics. If enabled, the site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the configurator is used. This tracking is anonymous, it is not linked to your identity and does not build a profile of you across other sites. Analytics can be disabled at any time.

Configurator inputs stay in your browser. Everything you enter in the configurator, appliance choices, wattage, hours of autonomy, is calculated entirely client side, in your own browser. None of it is sent to our servers or stored anywhere. The "copy share link" feature encodes your inputs into the URL itself, not on our end.

What we do not do

We do not create user accounts. We do not maintain a marketing mailing list, and we do not send promotional emails. We do not ask for your email address.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. To make a request, or if you have any question about this policy, contact us at power@verstat.dev.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will change whenever we do.
