LiFePO4 build guide

Step by step instructions built on the experience of hundreds of client builds, assemble your power system safely and without mistakes.

We cannot see or verify your components, workmanship or operating conditions, so the entire responsibility for your build, its operation and its consequences rests with you, including compliance with local electrical codes. When in doubt, hire a qualified electrician.

Built on real builds, not theory

The methodology grew out of two years of real client work: hundreds of builds assembled and now running through multiple winters. The same sizing rules power both the free configurator and this guide, and the approach has been battle-tested by a community of builders over that same stretch. The chapter on common build mistakes exists because those are the mistakes that actually break builds.

The guide walks you through each step so your first build works like those hundreds before it.
